Megan Leonard

Megan Leonard has 23 years of experience in the field of education spanning preschool, elementary, and college level platforms. She has a proven track record as a dynamic coach and trainer with a literacy model based on the Science of Reading. Prior to joining the Collaborative Coaching Cadre, Megan worked as a Coaching Specialist with the Literacy Lab, developing tutors and internal coaches with fidelity to both the Early Learning and K-3 ReadingCorps models, and worked as a Senior Coaching Specialist for the Western, MA region. She holds both Bachelors and Masters degrees from Springfield College in Elementary & Special Education, and Educational Administration.  Megan is a certified teacher and administrator in both Massachusetts and Connecticut.
