Dr. Lenora Forsythe is Senior Implementation Manager at Collaborative Classroom, where she supports implementation efforts to enhance educational practices. She earned her Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Reading from the University of Central Florida (UCF), focusing her research on professional learning for elementary school literacy coaches. Lenora holds a Master’s degree in Reading Education from Nova Southeastern University and her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from UCF. 

In her ten years of elementary teaching experience, Lenora specialized in literacy coaching and taught first and third grades. She also spent five years in higher education as an undergraduate instructor of literacy-focused elementary education courses. At Collaborative Classroom, Lenora has extensive experience providing professional learning, presenting at the national level, and leading initiatives to advance the organization through educational proposals and pursuits.
