Christie Graves

Christie Graves is an Implementation Manager at Collaborative Classroom, where she supports implementation efforts to enhance educational practices. She has 22 years of service in the New York State public school system. Over the course of her career, she held various roles, including administrator, elementary and reading teacher, and literacy instructional coach. Christie earned a B.S. in Elementary Education, an M.A. in Literacy, and a Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Administration.

As an elementary principal, Christie was passionate about fostering a love of learning and promoting research-based literacy instruction among teachers and instructional staff. She also has extensive experience leading district-wide program implementations using all of the Collaborative Classroom programs, developing collaborative learning communities, and creating multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS).
