Carolina DuFault is the District Program Facilitator for the Department of Early Childhood at Minneapolis Public Schools. She is also the current bilingual faculty instructor for the Early Childhood Education department in Minneapolis Community and Technical College. More recently, she was the President of Minnesota Reading Association and a a current board member at The Works Museum, in Minneapolis. In her current work, she embeds professional development, assesses and coaches teachers, as well as develops and implements curriculum and instruction. A passionate for Early Childhood Education and Second Language Education, Mrs. DuFault came to the United States 18 years ago from Santiago, Chile with the Amity Exchange Program. A bilingual Early Childhood Educator for 20 years, with experience in all ECE grades and bilingual settings. Recipient of the Excellence In Child-Centered Excellence in Teaching Award, in 2014 from Minnetonka Public Schools, she is a Graduate of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, a Master Degree at Universidad Central de Chile and soon to start her Doctorate in Higher Education and Students Affairs.
